Erth ™ Businesses will be listed in the search and location directory which has maps, directions, and contact details for the Business.

Supporters can earn Erth ™ Points at Businesses but not all those Businesses accept Erth ™ Points as a payment System. Some businesses pay through external Affiliate Marketing Programs. They only agree to pay us on a PAY-per-SALE basis and not accept Erth ™ Points as a payment. This provides an opportunity for the Erth ™ Ambassador to sign these Businesses up to the System and earn from all complying transactions. We will have lists of Businesses that are signed up directly to the System. A Business not on this list may still be gifting Points but misses out on other benefits such as our VIP Customer Service allowing them to market to those Customers. Erth ™ Ambassadors should be looking to sign as many Businesses into the System as possible if they are not on the list. Other Businesses will reap the benefits of full Erth ™ Point Membership and that they are part of the Erth ™ Point System and they are gifting Erth ™ Points. Any Ambassador that refers to the Erth ™ Point as an investment will lose their status as an Erth ™ Ambassador, and all residual income and Erth ™ Point income from the Erth ™ Point Ambassador Program. If they are referred by someone in an Erth ™ Ambassador network, part of their shopping will always go back to that network which cannot be changed.

The Rewards4Earth ™ Foundation Ltd.

A person that joins the Erth ™ Point System that chooses their favourite ECO to benefit from their shopping when they use their registered payment card with a participating retailer or service provider. If they do not choose an ECO, they will default to being a Supporter of the Rewards4Earth ™ Foundation Ltd that will receive the discretionary portion of the Erth ™ Points. The Supporter can change to any other approved ECO at any time.

No, the Business can direct them to the App, but the customer must join the program themselves to comply with privacy, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and data protection laws.

a) A Supporter collects Erth ™ Reward Points for themselves (which they own) and the points can increase/decrease in value from any participating Business in the world.
b) A Supporter benefits by getting VIP (they must opt-in to each Business) deals from participating retailers and service providers.
c) A Supporter benefits by helping their favourite ECO.
d) A Supporter will be able to soon use (once we have sufficient liquidity) the Erth ™ Point Concierge Service for goods/services for Businesses where they can earn Erth ™ Points. Businesses are not yet setup to be able to receive Erth ™ Points as payment.
e) A Supporter knows that the Planet benefits every time they shop at a participating Business.

Yes, the Supporter can choose a beneficiary (ECO) and change the beneficiary later. The Supporter is always in charge.

A Supporter can save their Erth ™ Points, use them at any business that accepts them as a redemption or payment system, or they can use the Erth ™ Concierge Service whenever they wish. The Points have no realistic expiry date as they technically expire on the 31/12/9,999AD and are then reissued for another 10,000 years automatically.

Supporters enjoy more than TRIPLE the benefit. They can be offered great deals from participating Businesses worldwide where they become VIP Customers or special offers to all Erth ™ Point Supporters that they search out. Erth ™ Points are owned by the Supporter. The gifting Business cannot devalue them as Erth ™ Points fluctuate in value. They can go down in value like normal Reward Points, but they can also increase in value to the Supporter’s benefit. It is also an easy way for Supporters to make a difference and financially support their favourite ECO, as their nominated ECO gets points – effectively TRIPLE the Erth ™ Points from every purchase plus they help SAVE the PLANET.
