Frequently Asked Questions

Ambassadors

Yes, as a Franchisee sells products and/or services like any other Business, any Franchisee can join the Erth ™ Point Program. Some will have to check their Franchise agreements.

Businesses

The Business can track via their BIZ App or on the Erth ™ Marketing Website all revenue where Erth ™ Points have been allocated. The Business will receive a monthly statement via email showing the sales made through the System. The Business can see all the sales made where Erth ™ Points have been gifted. Another concern to the business may be what would happen if they stopped using the System. Would those Customers go to other competing Businesses that are helping to save the Planet and supporting their Customer’s favourite ECO?

Yes, any business that sells a product or service can join whether they are a Franchise, or an owner-operated Business or a multi-national Business. The individual Franchise agreements may however have provisions that will need to be cleared with their Head Office. It would however be rare that a Franchisor does not want their offices to be seen to be supporting ECOs or helping to save the Planet.

If the different locations are Franchise owned, each Business pays $200 to join the Erth ™ Point Program, as all Businesses operate different POS Systems and have different Merchant ID numbers and are different Companies. If one entity owns all the locations, they only have to pay once, but they will have to supply all Merchant ID numbers to that one account.
