Business owners can purchase enough Erth ™ Points to last them an hour, a day or for any time-period they like – it is their decision. A Business is a Speculator by nature. They buy goods and/or services at a low price and sell them at a higher price – that is how they make money. If a Business decides to do that with Erth ™ Points, that is their prerogative. However, it cannot be from the influence or instigation of an Erth ™ Ambassador. Although Businesses are not covered by financial services law, the Business owner is a “person” and even though we only allow entities with an ABN to purchase Erth ™ Points, an Erth ™ Ambassador does not want to be a test case regarding these laws.
The demand for Erth ™ Points comes from Businesses continuously rewarding Customers with each qualifying purchase. The supply comes from the ECOs, Rewards4Earth ™ and the Foundation selling their Points. End-users are Consumers, and as such, they hold Erth ™ Points out of the marketplace in the same way a Consumer takes a diamond out of the diamond market by keeping it on a ring. The diamond can re-enter the market at any time. The price of Erth ™ Points will be determined in a large part from the demand created from Businesses gifting them to attract Customers and from any speculation.
Businesses
a) The business gifts Erth ™ Rewards Points to the Customer, the Customer’s ECO and the Planet as a way of saying ‘thank you’ for shopping with their Business.
b) It means gifting Erth ™ Points in the Reverse Mining System like a Carbon Offset Program.
The Supporter visits a participating Business and uses their registered credit card or debit card and pays as they normally would. The technology takes care of the rest. So all parties receive their Erth ™ Points seamlessly. If it is a cash sale, the Business can gift Erth ™ Points via the BIZ App.
Yes, discussing how the value of the Erth ™ Points is determined by supply and demand and will constantly fluctuate is essential as they need to know it is not a fixed price item. If, however you recommend it as an investment in that it will/should increase in value, that is very different and that could be seen as giving them financial advice and is not allowed. The price is irrelevant to them as a marketing service, as they are buying marketing services and a credit of Erth ™ Points valued at the time of the gifting of the Erth ™ Points to a Supporter. In most cases they will have purchased a credit for Marketing Services – perhaps $100 – and not actual Erth ™ Points, which are gifted as a percentage of the Supporters purchase price. As an example, if the Business agreed to a 4% PAY-per-SALE fee, the Supporter may receive $5 worth of Erth ™ Points which may be 1.0000 Erth ™ Points one day and because of the change in value of Erth ™ Points, the Supporter may receive 1.2234 Erth ™ Points or 0.8888 Erth ™ Points the next day. Regardless, it is still $5 worth o Erth ™ Points. The easiest way to think of it is like giving away a USD$1 as that may be worth AUD$1.00 one day and AUD$0.72 the next day – it is still USD$1 however. The prevailing market price of Erth ™ Points is irrelevant and only the quantity of Erth ™ Points gifted will differ. They will also be pleased to know that they will not have to worry about capital gains and losses on the Erth ™ Points for their tax, and that it is a marketing expense and therefore may be tax deductible. If, however they want to purchase Erth ™ Points for non-credit/debit card payments, such as Cash or Electronic Transfer Payments, they will have to purchase Erth ™ Points through our Exchange and they will fluctuate in value. If the Business owner thinks Erth ™ Points will decrease in value, they may want to purchase the minimum $20 worth. If, however, they think the price of Erth ™ Points will increase in value, they may want to buy enough for a week, month, or even a year’s worth, that is their decision and they would make similar purchasing decisions on any items they want to sell, it is the Business’s decision and we do not offer advice.
In most cases using our standard System, the Business does not purchase Erth ™ Points. When an Erth ™ Supporter uses their card at a participating Retailer or Service Provider, it triggers the Business to pay for marketing services. From the amount paid, 80% of that is used by Erth ™ Marketing (the Company) to purchase Erth ™ Points from the Exchange at market price. The points are then gifted to their Customer, the Customers CCC, the Rewards4Earth™ Foundation and the Erth ™Ambassador Network. The Business pays via the debit/credit System for marketing and not for Erth ™ Points.
A Business can however buy Erth ™ Points if they want to use them in the BIZ App which also operates as an Erth ™ Point payment or redemption service. By doing this, a Business is collecting Erth ™ Points paid for from other Business’s marketing budgets.
Supporters can earn Erth ™ Points at Businesses but not all those Businesses accept Erth ™ Points as a payment System. Some businesses pay through external Affiliate Marketing Programs. They only agree to pay us on a PAY-per-SALE basis and not accept Erth ™ Points as a payment. This provides an opportunity for the Erth ™ Ambassador to sign these Businesses up to the System and earn from all complying transactions. We will have lists of Businesses that are signed up directly to the System. A Business not on this list may still be gifting Points but misses out on other benefits such as our VIP Customer Service allowing them to market to those Customers. Erth ™ Ambassadors should be looking to sign as many Businesses into the System as possible if they are not on the list. Please be aware that just because a Business is in our directory for gifting Points, they may not be on the list of Businesses signed directly to Erth ™ Marketing. Customers can use the Concierge Service which will be available to purchase goods and services from any participating Business worldwide.

Rewards4Earth ™ places tranches of Erth ™ Points on Exchanges at continually increasing prices known as “Sell Orders”. No, using our standard system, if the transaction is $50.00 and the Business sends 4% equal to $2.00 to Erth ™ Marketing, then 80% of that money equal to $1.60 is used to purchase Erth ™ Points at market price. The only thing that changes is the number of points gifted to the Customers and other parties. They may have got 1.0020 Erth ™ Points or 0.0205 or 3.0455 Erth ™ Points – depending on the value of Erth ™ Points at the time of the transaction. Either way, it is still the same value ($1.60) worth of Erth ™ Points that are gifted in return for the purchase. The Customer will have benefited if the Erth ™ Points gifted to them have increased in value over time rather than the Business.

They buy goods and/or services at a low price and sell them at a higher price – that is how they make money. If a Business decides to do that with Erth ™ Points, that is their prerogative. However, it cannot be from the influence or instigation of an Erth ™ Ambassador. Although Businesses are not covered by financial services law, the Business owner is a “person” and even though we only allow entities with an ABN to purchase Erth ™ Points, an Erth ™ Ambassador does not want to be a test case regarding these laws.
The demand for Erth ™ Points comes from Businesses continuously rewarding Customers with each qualifying purchase. The supply comes from the ECOs, Rewards4Earth ™ and the Foundation selling their Points. End-users are Consumers, and as such, they hold Erth ™ Points out of the marketplace in the same way a Consumer takes a diamond out of the diamond market by keeping it on a ring. The diamond can re-enter the market at any time. The price of Erth ™ Points will be determined in a large part from the demand created from Businesses gifting them to attract Customers and from any speculation.
Supporters
Supporters can earn Erth ™ Points at Businesses but not all those Businesses accept Erth ™ Points as a payment System. Some businesses pay through external Affiliate Marketing Programs. They only agree to pay us on a PAY-per-SALE basis and not accept Erth ™ Points as a payment. This provides an opportunity for the Erth ™ Ambassador to sign these Businesses up to the System and earn from all complying transactions. We will have lists of Businesses that are signed up directly to the System. A Business not on this list may still be gifting Points but misses out on other benefits such as our VIP Customer Service allowing them to market to those Customers. Erth ™ Ambassadors should be looking to sign as many Businesses into the System as possible if they are not on the list. Please be aware that just because a Business is in our directory for gifting Points, they may not be on the list of Businesses signed directly to Erth ™ Marketing. Customers can use the Concierge Service which will be available to purchase goods and services from any participating Business worldwide.
a) Businesses only pay for performance (Sales), using our PAY-per-SALE System instead of the PAY-per-CLICK System from other Online Marketing Programs which may or may not result in the Business making sales.
b) Supporters support their ECO by shopping at participating Businesses as the ECOearns the same amount of Erth ™ Points as the Supporter.
c) The Customers own the Erth ™ Points and can collect them from any participating Business worldwide. The Erth ™ Points can increase/decrease in value to benefit the Supporter. The Erth ™ Points can be exchanged for goods/services at any Business that accepts them worldwide.
d) The Planet gets rewarded with the same amount of Erth ™ Points as the Supporter via the Foundation with a small part of every transaction made whenever a Supporter spends money at any participating Business
e) Erth ™ Points work as a Customer Attraction System to attract ECO Supporters.
f) Erth ™ Points act as a Customer Retention System to keep Supporters coming back to buy again and again.
g) The system benefits Businesses, Customers, ECOs, ECO Supporters and the Planet.
h) Businesses get to tick the box for fulfilling their obligations to the Environment.
i) Businesses get to tick the box for fulfilling their obligations to the Community.
j) ECOs benefit from their loyal Supporters shopping at participating Businesses as they receive a percentage of the sale price paid in Erth ™ Points which they can sell in local currency for residual income.
k) In summary Businesses only pay if a Supporter purchases something and the Businesses are encouraging Customers to return while they support ECOs and the Planet.
